Yeah for Sprouts!

Sunday, July 28, 2013

So excited we just got a Sprouts in our neighborhood. It is cheaper than Whole Foods with same value. Stocked up on some almonds ground flax fruit and Greek yogurt for my trip to Arizona. We leave in the morning feel better having some healthy staples while on the road.

I conquered a very difficult boot camp this afternoon. We ran sprints in the 95degree weather here in Houston for 30 minutes. I am exhausted but I did not give up. Now I can handle the few days off of working out that I may take. I worked out 5 days this week. Ready for a little break. May go swimming with kiddos while in hotel though.

Glad we have Sprouts close to where I live, they really have some good bargains on fruit and veggies. I generally shop at King Soopers for most grocery items, our Safeway is high and so is Albertsons. I don't shop at Whole Foods they are too high for my budget. Be blessed and spark on!!

Yeah Whole Foods is expensive here in NY! Our alternative is either Trader Joes or Fairway Market! There is also a farmers market which comes to the park on Saturdays. Have a safe and enjoyable trip.

Swimming is excellent exercise! I'm super excited about Sprouts. I never heard of it. We call Whole Foods "Whole Paycheck" because you could definitely spend all of your check there, lol!
