I feel very frustrated! I have been working out like crazy,stop drinking soda, cut back sweets, and increase healthy food and portions. Not losing weight. Stood still for a week!

Yes I too have heard that by scales, weight lose is a stair step, loss-plateau, loss-plateau, but if you do upper thigh measurements it is more linear. Curse the scales, I'm afraid to see what my beginning weight is this time 1731 days ago
CTURCOTTE Sometimes its the inches that move first. I have been stuck at same weight also. So pulled out the measure tape and well I lost a inch in some places and stayed the same in others but no matter it made me feel good. 1731 days ago
