going up and down

when I get weight in some weeks I lose but then it comes back the next week anyone have ideal on how to stop that .thanks

    make sure your tracking your food and exercising regularly sometimes the scale will fluctuate do to muscle toning from exercising. Make sure you weight each week at the same time with the same clothing or no clothing. Don't base your weight loss with the scale go by how your clothes are fitting and if there looser etc.

    Well it depends. Are you being consistent week to week? If you allow your eating and exercise to fluctuate then your weight might fluctuate. Try to track EVERYTHING that you eat daily and your daily exercises for two more weeks and see if your problems remain the same. If you're already doing this then I'm sorry to say I can't think of what else it could be. emoticon emoticon
