Gained a pound, and some insight.

Well, it was bound to happen. I knew it would come, and though I feel bad, I don't (and won't let myself) feel devastated about it.

The simple truth is, this plan works, if you follow it! I've been great at tracking and have upped my exercise greatly. I neglected to find out the nutrition information of a few not so healthy things I bought on Friday (read my previous blog for details). I guesstimated the calories; guess I was off!

Today is a new day, and that won't happen again. As I make my weekly trip to the grocery store, I promise to refrain from buying things that have no caloric/nutritional information on them.

On a side note, I really need to find some strength training that I can stick with. So far, nothing has been able to get me to do it on a regular basis.

Here's to a better week, with a better informed me!
