just found a new workout video and it is killing my butt and thighs. 5 mins into this video I started to cry(not really something im proud of, but true) my body is so sore, I cant wait to see the improvement this workout makes to my body:) oh and for the nice lady who is concerned about me fasting, you have nothing to worry about, I decided to take the harder, longer road because its helping me build character and make me a stronger person overall:)

P.S- thank you for all the words of encouragement about me losing weight:) I really appreciate it!

    just be careful of that line between sore and "uh-oh" -- even so, sounds like an awesome workout for a key muscle group.

    There is this instructor at the gym I go to that is always talking about butts. He makes light of it, and the classes all sort of laugh, but he's right. Your rear is a major part of your strength, helping with everything from walking to sitting up straight. So if you have a major butt pounding workout you can do, it'll benefit you greatly. Great focus!
