First Day Of The 5% Challenge

Today was the first day of the 5% challenge. I posted my numbers, My weight now is 151, my 5% goal weight is 142 which means I have to lose 8 pounds this challenge. I have cleaned out the kitchen of all trigger and unhealthy foods. I plan to track my food and stay within my calorie range. I also plan on doing a minimum of 6 hours of exercise per week. I plan to huddle and post on my teams forums. I plan to support my wonderful Teddy Bears!!!!! I am ready to rock this challenge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
