I got my exercise in for the day (28 Day Bootcamp, Short Cardio Sculpt).
I think I ate relatively well, except for a couple of emotional/headache eating binges. Bagel w/ peanut butter for breakfast, leftover potato soup for lunch, grilled cheese and chips for dinner.. well, maybe that one wasn't so good, but the bread was wheat!
When my headache struck, I was able to manage most of it, and had an apple for my midday snack.. but then there were some work stressors due to the telecommunications system being down, and I was asked to come into work. I would need to drive about 30 minutes to GET to work, and I'd be skipping my lunch break. I took the rest of the day off instead. And I had a couple of servings of peanuts and a handful of chex mix while all THAT was going down. I had had plenty of water too.
My headache has calmed down since then, but hasn't really gone away. When I took headache medicine (earlier), it actually seemed to amplify the headache, so I'm afraid to take any more right now. Part of the reason for documenting what I ate today is because I'm not going to be tracking my food today- I'll do that tomorrow when I'm of sound mind. Hopefully it'll be gone when I wake up tomorrow.
