Cardio and Ice Cream

Yes I know. I shouldn't be eating ice cream. I fully admit that. But this time, I chose a new ice cream that I had never tried and I ate my pre-determined amount. It was only a 1/4 of a cup, but I enjoyed every single second. It was a cheat and it was totally worth it.

Side note: I'm trying cardio again. I jogged 1.5 miles yesterday in 25 minutes. Not bad for my first go. I don't think I stretched properly because my left knee and both hips feel pretty banged up. I'm going to have to look in to stretches before I attempt again.

I haven't lifted in a few days and I definitely miss it. I've felt extremely tired and cranky the past few days. I think it might be tied to the amount of junk food I have been eating lately.

Tomorrow's goal: Go a full 24 hours without soda.
