To calculate your 5%
Me 163 X .05 = 8.15 pounds
Weight Progress:
Current Weight: 163 pounds
Target Weight: 154.8 pounds
By When: September 27, 2013
B) Please update your data in Start/my Goals & Progress Section, go down to 'Pounds Lost' and change the goal for your new target weight and target date. Then click on 'Save my changes'.
C) Please update your Calories to Burn This Week (Exercise Plan)

Complete your exercise plan and remember to hit 'save' which will take you to the Fitness screen. Scroll down and you will see your weekly calorie burn.

After you update your weight goal and date, and your exercise Plan, your daily calorie requirements are automatically updated.
Now under my Goals & Progress it reads
Goal to eat 1390-1740 calories per day
Goal to burn 2160 calories per week
Goal to go from 163-155 by 09/27/2013
So with 60 minutes daily exercise, and eating between 1390-1740 calories a day, I will lose 8 pounds in 8 weeks.
