Keeping it up

Just having a relaxing day today need to catch up on house chores and cleaning that I have been avoiding for a while haha (really needs to get done now) So today is just a strength training day :) I will probably be doing my 10 minutes of stretching with 5 before my lifting and 5 after. I lift 15 lb weights for 30 minutes and do push-ups and lunges etc within that 30 minutes as well If i'm feeling really good I will do more then 30 minutes but since I have a lot of house work today i'm sure it'll just be the 30 minutes.

My eating has been getting better this past two days I have been staying within my calorie range which is great and found some interesting ways to fill my sweet tooth ;) Yesterday I had a peanut butter brownie in a cup using PB2 and chocoloate powder, sugar, and flour. not too bad on my calories so that is good :D I think I might buy the Pb2 stuff more I just had a sample packet but 2 tablespoons is only 45 calories which I think is a good deal next to my adams crunchy peanut butter which I believe is either 1 or 2 tablespoons for like 100 calories. (Something like that it's really high in calories is my point :) ) Anywho guess i better start cleaning I avoided it some more by getting on the internet hahaha okay. P.s. In regards to my running I did my three runs this week for week 8 but am going to do one more after work tommorow then next week I will start week9! Last week yeay! And 238 this morning! :D

    I am so thrilled for you that you are up to week 9. I am a bit jealous too, I had to quit doing it because of an injury.

    What is PB2? I LOVE peanut butter but it's so high in fat & calories I limit myself....
