Mom's making a movie!!

Thursday, July 25, 2013

I was just doing my 20 minute workout for the day and I did an old turbo workout I used to do when I was 280 pounds. I always wanted to make a video of me exercising to it because even then I had a calling on my heart to open my own weight loss camp, but I never did. Here I am 100 pounds lighter and I still haven't done it! But tonight I'm going to do it!!! I'm going to have my husband help with the camera and I'm going to take a video of me talking to the girls in the future (something I've also always wanted to do) and I'm going to take a video of me doing a workout I'm going to have them do.

That's my motivation today, make the right choices today so I can really be an inspiration to the girls in the future!!

Image being at your goal weight and running into an old friend. Imagine them congratulating you. Make healthy choices today to make that goal happen!!!
I'm actually going to a bridal shower on Saturday with an old friend from high school, and I've lost quite a bit of weight even from then! I can't wait, I slacked the past few weeks but honestly I still look great!!! I looked at the picture of me holding 100 pounds of weights and honestly I look pretty good!!!
I'm super excited to see so many of the people I knew from high school, and I really hope they're surprised by how much I've changed.

Well I think that's all for today

Please comment I always appreciate the support!!!

this is such a great idea. Will you share your video that you make tonight? I relly like turbo jam. I'm going to start the beginners schedule today. I will aim to get the workouts done in the am so that I can still hit up the gym in the evenings. your friend will be pleasantly surprised when she see's you at her bridal shower.
