There are those moments that I need a reminder of why I am doing this...
For the moments that I think about pressing snooze and going back to bed instead of heading out the door for my workout
For the moments that I am considering having that second helping that I really don't need but only want coz it tastes good
For the moments when I think a stop at the drive through McDonalds is a good idea 'just this once'
For those moments when the little demon on my shoulder is trying to derail me I have made this little reminder of my dream list. Some of the reasons why keeping on track is the only option...
To be able to go for a run in summer in just this:
To finally finish my before and after photo series (its stuck halfway right now) and have it look like this:
To cross the finish line of a full marathon - 42.2km (have my sights set on one in late Jan):
