Day 31 of the Spark Solution

Breakfast: Peanut butter banana wrap

Lunch: 3 small pieces of pineapple garlic pizza & fresh blueberry/lemon smoothie

Dinner: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans

Snack: Watermelon & cinnamon graham cracker

Exercise: Busy day…only got in the evening walk with hubby
