1. Short day.
2. My workout felt easy today.
3. Tomorrow off! (and a tough workout scheduled)
4. Signed up to be a Beachbody Coach. I really love this program, and I feel amazing. Seemed like a good way to keep sharing that feeling.
5. Taking my little brother for his first "little ninjas" beginning tae kwon do class tomorrow.
6. Absolutely perfect sleeping weather.
7. Got my info for the Color Run next weekend! Reyann is going too. :)
8. My coworkers like the idea of having a "fit club" at work.. with a workout a week in our training room. Gonna work on getting Admin to ok it.
9. My coach is awesome, and is very supportive of getting me organized to do this Beachbody thing. He keeps "plugging" me on facebook with photo collages he made with stolen pictures from my page. LOL... he used the donut one..
10. I have scheduled a midday nap for tomorrow that is non-negotiable.
