Wednesday, July 24th - Am I Really Getting Old?

Wednesday, July 24, 2013

Man, this blog's been a few days coming, but I just didn't want to share any of this!

I feel like I'm showing the physical signs of age!

No gray hairs (yet... that I can see) but there are other things going on!

- My wrist has been bugging me off and on when I do certain motions. I can type and work just fine, but when I bend it to, say, push off the blankets in the morning, or put on the seat belt- then it becomes a bit of a problem.
- My jaw's been sore recently too. I had this a few years ago actually and it seemed to clear up on its own.. It may be stress-related (since aren't sore jaws TYPICALLY stress related?) but I don't think I'm under THAT much stress (well, house hunting, but not under any guns yet.)
- This may be due to my contacts, but when I take a nap in my contacts, which is often, and I wake up, my eyes don't seem to re-adjust as quickly as they used to, so 5 minutes after being awake, my clock still looks fuzzy to me!

I'm always tired, this has been a long-standing joke between me and the hubby.. but recently he's been suggesting that I start taking daily multivitamins.. and I think I just might. Goodness knows it can't hurt at this point!

Good luck! Is it time to get your eyes and wrist checked? You could try a bite guard (most drug stores have ones you can boil and mold to your mouth) for the jaw pain, as you might be clenching or grinding your teeth at night.

Good Luck! I am sure you will be just fine. And yes, multi vitamins cannot hurt!
