So I have decided that it is okay to screw up sometimes. This week has been pretty crazy emotionally for me and I have .... ate bad.... Seems I crave junk when life gets like that, but you know what that's okay as long as I can get back to where I need to be in a day or even a couple of days. I can't just keep saying "I'll start again next week" or next month whatever...
Work has been a bit stressful lately and our year end is upcoming so I will be working 7 days a week for that month. Personal life is un balanced to say the least. Step Daughter is going to college (VA Tech) in the fall, much to do about getting ready for that. Step son is a handful to say the least Failed his grade (9th) was expelled actually so now will have to start all over. And my youngest son seems to be addicted to video games lately. Then there of course is my husband. We don't see eye to eye on several things lately and I am beginning to realize that we really don't have that much in common anymore. Mmmmm -- but that is a whole different story.
Any how... Hope everyone is doing well and if you happen to slip up or even just have a bad day or two .... ITS OKAY just climb back up on that wagon and keep moving on...

I feel that way lately. I'm so tired all the time and I feel I haven't worked out as hard and definitely not as often as I was and I haven't been tracking my food like normal either. It happens. Good encouragement to others in your blog though. Good luck with things

I ate badly earlier in the week when my hubbie and I were mad at eachother too...I can't imagine how I would eat with all you have going on. Sounds like you have a great attitude about getting back, so cheers to you!

Wow, lots on your plate! I find myself craving comfort foods when I need a little emotional stoking too. Funny how most of my comfort foods are very high in simple carbs. I've since found that I can get the same pleasure center stroking from other things like exercise or even a bubble bath. Not always possible I know but so long as I keep moving forward in positive ways towards my goal, I feel better. My motto is never give up, never quit. Hopefully you can catch a break in your hectic world and can get a chance to take a breath.

Wishing you great success! emoticon emoticon
