What happened to my strength training??

Okay I'll be honest. I've slacked on the strength training BIG TIME.
However I used to have something set up 3 days/week on Spark where I had my ST workout listed and I could just check each box that I completed like Hip Flexor and Wall Pushups.
All that is gone! Probably gone for a long time now and I just haven't noticed because I haven't been doing the workouts.
So is it hiding somewhere? Or did they make it go away???
