My project to finish the stairs is almost complete. I put the first coat on the treads and will put the second coat on tonight. Between that and what I started yesterday I am sore! I completed day one of 30 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It is wicked good. I took my measurements last night and hope to see some progress in a week or so. I also weighed myself last night, but didn't see much movement on the scale, but I'm wondering if I should have weighed myself in the morning. I could probably use a better scale too since mine is non digital crap.
I've stayed in my caloric range all but one day last week and it felt great. I can feel the difference in my energy level when I don't bog my system down with calories I can't use and must store.
I can't wait to see what the next 30 days has in store. I'm feeling really motivated!
