I've been in reverse mode for awhile now - aiming for perfection, failing and feeling like I can't start again until eevrything is lined up perfectly. Which won't happen. And I will never be perfect in this or any part of my life. So - slow step #1 - cutting extra sugar out of my diet. Cravings have been terrible this summer and the more I give in, the more I crave. Day 1 today. If I slip - it's ok. Starting over is allowed. Trying to make it a little longer than the previous effort is ok too. One day at a time! Next up portion size. Then hidden sugar. Then hitting my food tracker protein goal consistently. Forward. I keep telling Kaitlyn - keep moving forward. Time to tell myself. Keep moving forward.
