I have found this past week very tempting, dealing with the antique show, heat, hubby being away, and just wearing down. I am working through the temptations to just skip what I know is health for a snack that isn't so good, laying around with no purpose, or avoiding the tasks I have at hand. I am finding my way back after these last few days, I know I can't let myself derail just because it got crazy for a few days. Lets kick the temptations to the curb and make it happen!
