It's The Little Things

I get overwhelmed easily. So I'm being careful not to go all out here and crash and burn. For example: I have started walking on the treadmill. Right now I am watching an episode of Doctor Who on my kindle to reward (okay, okay, bribe) myself for doing this. I can't watch this show at any other time - my clever rule - and I'm a total Whovian, so it's big motivation for me.
Eventually however, I'd like to move up to walking more quickly and dare I say it? Yes, perhaps even jogging. I doubt running speedily is in my future as I am rather generously endowed and ...oops, losing focus. Did I also mention that I am easily distracted?
So. Eventually working out harder and not watching videos. I will need music. But ick, having to find songs that I like, and then downloading them to my phone and...
You get the picture. And then, my light bulb moment. I have Pandora Radio. Might they have a category for Workout Music? They do. They have a lot. They have 80's categories and that is ME. I am forever an 80's girl. I clicked on one and it started to play "Let's Sweat". I love that song.
Dilemma solved. As I said, it's the little things.
