I went out to Hickory Hill yesterday for the first time. My god, it will be easy to get lost there! The first day of week 3 was hard- at least the first half. I ended up doing the three minute run entirely uphill without music:( And it sucked hard. My music started back at 2:15 and I thought that meant the end, so I slowed to a walk before realizing. I didn't start back to running, I just walked it. But, my final three minute run went great (with a slight downhill slant:) So, I may repeat a day this week, but overall, still feeling great about it!
