Down 30 lbs today, feeling good!

Hey all!

Today, I hit my -30 mark. I'm happy to be here.

I have mostly been juicing. It really takes a commitment, but I haven't cheated. There have been a couple of times that I've been out and didn't have juice with me, so I substituted melon or a banana. But that works for me.

I definitely consume wildly more fruits and vegetables while juicing. It makes me feel refreshed and healthy, honestly.

Things I've noticed:

* Tying my shoes doesn't make me huff and puff like it sometimes did.
* I don't pop Tums all of the time.
* I'm not constantly yawning and wanting coffee. I did give up coffee while I'm juicing, too, but that's been less of a challenge than I thought.
* I'm pretty awake as soon as I wake up. I don't grog around half the morning. I feel alert.

Grandma says I'm losing too much weight too fast. You know when I started? July 1. Seriously. I see her point, but I feel great, and never lightheaded or dizzy or anything. I needed something to get me going. I wasn't feeling like doing anything. At least now I like to go out for a walk.
