A small success

I noticed something tonight...I am getting used to smaller amounts of food. I just ate a mushroom-n-onion stuffed burger with mustard and was nearing full. I know this is a small step, but am I ever pleased. That shows me that I am making more progress than just losing pounds. Little things make such a difference!!
