What I Ate Today (with photos)

I figured that I would do something different and photo what I eat in one day for everyone to see. It's amazing how it affected what I ate today. Well, what it really affected was my mindless snacking and today I just didn't do it. If I was hungry than I just got a healthy snack and ate only that.


Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats with Almond Milk, Cinnamon, Sliced Almonds, 1c Fresh Blueberries and 1 Sausage link and Mango Tea

Pre-Workout Snack and Workout (I did all 3 workouts-60 minutes)


Ground Chicken Burger, Quinoa, Tomato Sauce, Edamame, Sparkling Lemon Water

Just 1 square (serving size is 3)

After Lunch I got a pedicure

Afternoon Snack

3oz carrots and 2T black bean spicy hummus

2 Rootbeer Barrel and 2 Lifesavers


Salad - Spring Mix, Tomatoes, Cucumber, FFBV and Pork Lion

Water and Protein Shake

That is that. I have officially closed the kitchen and it's 6:30pm. I'm only allowed water or zero calorie drinks which is usually some hot herbal tea.

I'm open to suggestions to make my eating healthier and better. So suggest on.

This was fun. I may or may not do this tomorrow.
