I have been eating junk food. However i have been eating healthy too. My husband has been so supportive and he is also enjoying the healthy foods. So we do have a lot of that in the house. But those junk food cravings have been almost daily. I have joined another 5% challenge to help me get back on track. I haven't gain any weight back so far so this is a good thing. But i haven't been losing either.
Another thing is my husband and i are really tasting the difference with organic foods. I never really thought there was much difference but there sure is! It is more money but we find we are more satisfied and i find that i am don't eat as much at meal time. I am full on less!
The junk food cravings i thing are coming because of a way to deal with stress. With the kids home this summer and dad at work a lot it is hard. I have been trying for a whole month to get this house organized and getting no where. With the kids sports , the fair in town and our summer trip along with getting organized has been more of a chore then fun. The good news is that i am still working but i am able to go in the evening when my husband is home to watch the kids. This way we don't have to fork out money on a babysitter.
I have been logging on here and there to read a few blogs but i am wanting to make more time for myself to get on here everyday!
