Wow, when I said it was going to be a crazy 5 weeks, I wasn't joking :o)
The last two weeks have been just nuts. Even more crazy then I thought
My sons sports program has been going good. 2 wks done 2 wks to go. But is has been a challenge for my on Monday's when I get home from work, change, and we all pile in the car to just make it.
My daughter has been loving her dance class. This is her last week. They sprang on me last week that they have a performance this Thursday, and I cried. I thought I planned out these weeks so well, and then they throw in a surprise performance on me when I have class
My daughters first dance performance and neither of us can go. Well, I will no better for next year. :o)
Work has been insane. The 4th of July holiday really goofed up the week after the holiday for me. Then last week the daycare lady was off on vacation. So had to take a couple days off. So no lunches at work to go to the gym
My class is kicking my butt. It is a lot of reading and I have not been able to get it all done yet. I am so tired
So my plan for this week:
*I prepped five lunches and four dinners (Friday night is my one night at home to eat with my family during these crazy 5 weeks)
*I did not get to exercise at all last week, that was a first in months. My fitness minutes for July are going to be super low compared to June. Had 1800+ for June. Haven't hit 1000 for July yet. But I still lost 2 lbs last week, so did stellar on my food :o) So my plan to get my reading in and my exercise - I will get up at 5 am and ride the stationary bike for 30 mins while I read, I will go down to the gym during lunch and walk on the treadmill while I read. Won't be great workouts this week, but better than nothing.
