Still Dealing With Spark Changes...

Now, I nearly have it figured out how to use my Workout Generator, I can't seem to find any suggestions for Stretching, like what we used to be offered. Stretching is very important and often overlooked - I used to balk at the idea! It was through becoming a Certified Personal Trainer that I began to realize, both through knowledge and through practice, just how important (and relaxing) it is!
I have a job that the shifts are sporadic, I might get one shift per week, one or two weeks of shifts at a time or even a month off. The work is industrial mechanical, so very physically demanding and am HUGELY insulted when the young kid foreman tells me what I can't physically do. He's built like the Incredible Hulk, so who am I to argue?! LOL
Needless to say, I am very motivated to keep on strength training, but building strength is a process of exerting the muscles and then allowing them to recover. Strength training is best done if it's not done every day. What my current goals are for every day that I'm not working is to do Cardio PLUS alternate my days between a good Strength training and a really good Stretch session. I might have to take up Yoga! :D I need the strength and I need the flexibility and I think this will offer the best results. :) Now to figure out where the Spark Stretching Suggestions are hiding! :)
