No more excuses

Today has been a good day so far, I've been motivated more than ever last few days. I've started with minimum exercise times (10, 15min) and feel good already. I climbed the stairs in my townhouse yesterday with no huffing what so ever! I've reached my goal of burning 660 calories for the week in 4 days!!! I'm going hard because that's the only way to see results!! emoticon emoticon

I did a cardio video in the living room and remember the first time a month ago nearly falling flat on my butt! The exercise made me realize that I don't do much with myself. I go to work, tend to my kids in the afternoons, cook, and go to bed basically.

I'm now more motivated with the birth of my 3rd baby and found out that I have no more excuses to keep telling myself why I can't find time in my busy day to workout. Thanks to SP emoticon , I've discovered simple exercises I can do at work even sitting in a chair ( really no more excuses). I've become almost obsessed now with the fact that I have to drink more water and find the time to exercise.

I hope this blog today inspires someone else to get up and get moving. I was truly a couch potato but lived in my own comfort and didn't want more.

But today, I want not only a healthy lifestyle but a sexier wardrobe! I want to be sexy and know it!!! emoticon emoticon
