Reflections Week 6 on MF

Week 6 was a tough week for me. I had three days Tues, Wed, and Thurs where I was very hungry and had a lot of cravings. I'm not sure why this is happening. I've just ignored it, and been horribly cranky. I increased my water intake. I didn't exercise as much as last week so I don't think that's it. I think my metabolism might be resetting itself because I've been losing about 1/2 lb every couple days this week. Could that be it?

    I think you could be right. Perhaps our bodies just need an adjustment phase once in a while. I was doing well with Medifast then out of the blue I wanted e everything in sight for several days. Congratulations on ignoring your cravings, that takes strength! !

    Perhaps you had stress time during those days when you felt so hungry and lots of cravings?
