3 reasons

In the past I have failed at many diets, misguided fads, and exercise programs. Here are 3 reasons why I did fail and what I can do to help my self. I am doing this because my team leader has encouraged us to do this.

1) fatigue.... juicing fresh fruits and veggies and combine with lean protein, diffuse peppermint and wild orange oils

2) too hot out side.... exercise in pool or inside in the A/C with DVDs

3) no time to make meals from fresh foods....plan ahead, keep fresh fruits and veggies on hand.
