So, that was my grocery first I was like shoot, that's a lot! But as I walked out of the store and headed to my car I felt this sense of accomplishment. Yes, I had spent a bit more than usual, got lots of fresh fruits and veggies and some other items that are more spendy, but I felt good about it! I had pondered each purchase, read labels and only bought healthy items. I was proud of myself and realized that maybe I am starting to care about me again, it's been a long time. Then!...I got on the scales this morning...what??...a 2.8 loss! That means I have erased my 4 day sugar binge completely! I'm back in the drivers seat! I am so glad I started back with Spark, it's helping me so much! emoticon

buying whole grain items or fresh produce can be more expensive. but not needed to take as many medications and less doctor visits make in a bargain in the long run.
