I would love to say I am doing emoticon
But, the truth is I am doing just, alright.
I haven't had a perfect day yet. emoticon
I have had several good days though!
As usual I am bouncing back and forth on the emoticon
I swear I am my own worst enemy, and always destroying all that I worked so hard for! emoticon emoticon

I WILL keep on pushing! I can DO IT!

    Don't have to be perfect Donna! I'm not sure if I've had a perfect week either but we are DOING it no matter what. That says a lot right there. I'm thinking about so many people in the world that are not aware that better health and fitness adds a whole lot to our lives including years. Thanks for pumping us up and always SMILING! I can SEE it through the Computer.
