No, I'm not changing up my fitness routine, not really anyway.

Today, though, I did lose a pound (woohoo!) and, because my actual calories burned has been consistantly higher than my predicted calories burned for the past few weeks, I've gone ahead changed my predicted calories burned to be from 1100 (up from just 600.)

If I can make 1100 calories burn while I have "lazy" days like this past Tuesday, and the Monday from the week before that, I can easily make the 1100 calorie burn mark on future weeks!
