Friday, July 19th - Evening Post!

I almost forgot to blog! I was dressed for bed, brushing my teeth, when I remembered.
So, I'm typing this without any glasses on or contacts in, so please don't mind any typos.
Fitness Today was Strength tRaining - Had to drive the kiddo to summercamp, so no walking. Got 30 minutes of squats, lunges, incline pushups, and other floor exercises in. About 240 calories burned, woohoo!
Foodwise Today I was okay. Peanut butter toast for breakfast, leftover spaghetti (with tomato sauce) for lunch, homemade pizza (thin wheat dough.. actually got burnt a bit) for dinner, and frozen yogurt for dessert.
I'll admit, I'm not a yogurt fan, and the taste of the frozen yogurt initally threw me off when I first ate it.. but it's been about a week, and I'm slowly getting used to it.
