Day 1: Weekend challenge, low carbing again

I'm trying a few days of lower carb to see if I can't jump start my weight loss. I have lots of good things to eat. I'm not at work. I can workout emoticon when I want, I can eat emoticon when I want, I can rest emoticon when I want, and I won't have to put on a happy emoticon face for people at work. Its an ideal situation. emoticon

I have Jillian Micheals to keep me company. I have Shiva Rea to relax me. I have Cathe to tell me to 'work work!'.

Adjusted rotation for the weekend:
Today: Jillian Michaels No emoticon More Trouble Zones + Shiva 20 min. emoticon Trance Dance.
Saturday: Kathy Smith Cardio Time saver; Gary Bromley Yoga emoticon
Sunday: Walk emoticon ; Lunar Yoga emoticon

I started with an organic chicken sausage. It was really tasty and had enough salt in it. I will be allowing myself some lemon water or iced tea over the weekend (caffeine free). I won't be having fruit/starches.

Here is my weekend menu:
Organic emoticon tomatoes, green emoticon beans, olives, emoticon cabbage, celery,
Ground beef, pork chops, beans, cheese emoticon , eggs emoticon
Coconut emoticon milk, organic whole emoticon milk (not drinking gallons, just used in cooking.) plain whole milk emoticon yogurt,
Coconut oil, butter, olive oil (liberally, no calorie restrictions).
Lemon juice,

I am just so ready to get this weight loss on the road.

    I have been thinking about doing this as well. I need to use up some food first and do a week or two of low carb.
