Day 9, 10, and 11 - amazing what missing my daily blog will do.

Perhaps it's a chicken and the egg sort of question... did I miss my blog because I was slipping, or did I slip because I missed my blog.
My computer wouldn't connect to the internet and then I was super busy one day, and before you know it, three days have passed without me checking in.
On the days when I check in and put some thoughts down in a blog post, I tend to stay focused more throughout the day and I feel like I've accomplished something healthy just by logging in.
On the days I don't write and share and think, I let my health and my food choices slip and I end up being fueled by processed foods and lots of sugar.
I'm going to really work on spending a few minutes each morning (computer willing) centering myself and writing my blog post. While my food choices have been pretty ridiculous, my exercising is coming along! So there are things to be grateful for.
Today is a long and somewhat boring day at work. There are things I could be working on, but they're not fun and so I put them off... but I'm going to tackle some of the projects so I can avoid boredom eating and shorten my to-do list.
