Post-Baby Body to Improved Pre-Baby Body

Hello all!!
Wow it's been a while! It's hard to believe my baby girl is already 8 weeks old!
Isn't she adorable!!! emoticon
Anywho! Now here I am 8 weeks later, trying to get my booty back in shape! I'm not digging this post-baby body! Or the extra poundage that goes along with it! I'm doing ok (just ok, for sure not great!) at finding a little time to work out. But I am truly struggling with eating! I still crave sweets like crazy! And I'm ALWAYS hungry! It's like I can't eat enough!!! I think I eat almost if not more than my husband on many days! NOT OK!!!! But I'm breastfeeding so I can't really cut calories like I could if I wasn't nursing.

So how have you ladies done it? How to do you get your pre-baby body back?! Heck, how do you go from post-baby body to new and improved PRE-BABY body?! I've got to do something. I feel like this is affecting me in ALL areas of my life!! I need some help from my sparkfriends here! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
