Time to get back on track

Appt. yesterday showed my back doing ok. I now will start some strength exercise's and do more walking. I am to do some lying on the floor and pulling my legs up to my chest, twice a day. Left leg does fine but right leg will need a lot of work, but then again that is where all the pain had been. I can get back to doing normal things but to listen to the body when it says enough. In November I go back for one more x-ray to be sure it is doing ok. I will see my regular doctor on the 26th. I have been having dizzy spells so they think it is my blood pressure being to low. So hoping I will get off that pill. Without pain now and the weight I have lost they think that is the problem.
This week so far I have been eating right so sure when I get in my walking it will help. Bowling starts in the end of August, so guess I will have to skip it this year to give my back time. But hope to be back at it the next year. I will wait till November to see if I can get back into Zumba. Life will get better and I am on my way to good health.
