I hit my first goal early!

My goal was to hit 190 by 8/31 and I hit it Tuesday...6 weeks early! I'm finding with THM, it's hard to not lose! I lost another 4.1lbs this week. I'm completely ecstatic, and super excited about this way of life! My family visited Six Flags on Monday and I was able to stay on plan (yes, we brought our own food), but I was shocked at the number this week...I actually hit the 180's...at 189.2!

I checked the BMI calculator & I'm still labeled obese. My next goal is to hit overweight. Wow, that sounds sad! I need to weigh 168 to make it there. I'm shooting for the end of September. Let's see how I do! emoticon
