Restarting: Need Advice, Support and Prayers!

Hi! My Name is Dana. And this is my 3rd trip back to Spark.
I guess it's been two years (at least from what I can tell) since I have posted a Video Blog (VLOG) on Spark. You can find my video I put together when I restarted here: https://sparkpeo.hs.llnwd.net/e1/myp
It's been about three years since I was dedicated and active.
Let me tell you a bit about me.
I am a 35 year old mother of three girls. Two of those three are under the age of two (18 months apart). So right now I have a 12 year old, almost 2 year old and 4 month old - I'm busy and tired.
When I started on my spark journey I was single and had just my oldest daughter. If you watched the video that I linked above you will see I got engaged during my weight loss process and also got married.
So, let's get to weight loss. I feel like I've "dieted" since I was 14 - maybe earlier. When your sister has a super fast metabolism and God gave you a large frame with a slower metabolism it's hard to keep a positive self body image. At the age of 19 I started working for a large weight loss company where I motivated others to lose weight and reach their lifestyle goals, but just like everyone else it's more difficult to motivate myself.
My smallest weight has been a too small 135. My largest weight has been 220 to 230. Today, I am at 200. I would be comfortable to be around 160 (I haven't been their in years). Really it's more then just the scale, though. Right now I am tired and unhealthy. Even though I have lost all my baby weight from my last pregnancy I've also lost all my muscle tone.
Besides a healthy lifestyle, I want to gain my self esteem back. I know that will take some time.
So, my question for you is: if you have restarted how were you successful? I don't want to close and re-open my account. Even though I'd like to start fresh, I have some really good friendships that were cultivated through the years. Should I join new groups? Reset all my goals?
Thank you for your time! I hope to be back to video blogging later this week (I need make-up for that).
