Soooo, I did three days of the gym this week! I am so glad that me and my friend decided to go. It has gotten a lot better and I don't feel too nervous going there now that I am more familiar with the place. We're not going back until Sunday but I plan to use my home gym until then. Tonight we just focused on cardio. I did a half hour on the treadmill, 20 mins on the bike, and I tried the elliptical and managed 10 minutes. I want to increase it to 15 and then 20. Becki tried the elliptical too but didn't like it so she went back to the treadmill. After I was done with my workouts I went over and walked with her for a few minutes while she finished up her second half hour. I'm so proud of her! We felt pretty great leaving and I told her in the car that we're going to turn into gym junkies. Hahah. I really need a rest day tomorrow though.
How have you guys been? I'm so glad to be sparking again! I've missed everyone.
