Today's assignment is to list all the reasons I want to lose weight.
"What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!"
I want to be more fit.
I want to be able to walk upstairs without being winded.
I want to be able to shop for clothes in any store, not just stores that have a good selection of plus-sized clothes.
I want to have more energy.
I want to be healthy so that hubby and I can conceive and raise a healthy baby.
