I love water aerobics

This is my third week. We increased class size to 60 minutes. Last night, we attached parachutes for resistance. I figure it both strength training, since we are doing squats, lunges, arm work, leg work, and cardio because we run, hop, jump and walk in the water. Amazing to me, that I can do lunges, and jump, while I can't do them on dry land. My friend calls it mermaid class. . Here is the class. Here is the size 22 bathing suit. I sold the size 28 at the garage sale!
