Halfway to my goal!!!

Life seems to be clicking along. A person always waits for things to slow down but do they ever? My healthy habits are sticking and I survived 10 days or family and food. I was able to keep wheat, sugar and caffeine out of my diet which was a little tricky. I explained how I was eating and why to my family and they were very supportive. I think the words depression and suicidal scares people so when you say you cut these foods out to get rid of these symptoms they listen!

We are halfway through our biggest loser challenge and I am over halfway to my weight loss goal!! If I keep things going, I can surpass my goal!!

emoticon I have had an interesting thought on reaching my ultimate goal weight ... This BLC and my team, the Ivory Falcons have been literally life saving to me. What if I reach my ultimate goal weight and the powers that be move me to a maintenance team instead of staying with this team? Can I stay on this team even as a maintainer?

So here is my review

Daily Goals Review
1) Daily Quiet time first thing in the morning ----- 53 Day Streak
2) 8+ cups of water ------------------------------ 46 day streak
3) 5+ freggies ----------------------------- 47 day streak
4) Exercise at least 10 minutes everyday ------- 53 days
5) NO wheat and sugar ---------------------------- 23 days
6) Limit Internet movies and TV, story books --- 45 days
7) Log food - The good the bad and the ugly ----- 8 days

Week 6 Exercise Plan
Wednesday------ Bike 25 and CROSSFIT!!
Thursday---------- (Strength Training - Core Synergistics or TNT) Did Crossfit
Friday-------------- (Run 20 minutes) Did Crossfit
Saturday---------- (Run 15) could only walk 30 minutes - super sore from Crossfit
Sunday------------ X Stretch - felt SOOOO good
Monday------------ Run 35 minutes - DONE
Tuesday----------- Strength Training- Core Synergistics - Did a Crossfit workout instead
Wednesday------ Bike 50 - Done- 60 minutes 14.5 miles

I am training for a bike race in August. There are different distances available but I think I am going to do the 35 mile distance. I rode my farthest distance today of 14.5 miles. I have also been running. I may cut back on my running to focus on getting more distance on the bike. I do all my exercise early in the morning before it is hot and before my family is up. I am also going to keep Crossfit in my exercise plan. My sister helps me plan workouts that I can do at home. It is a lot of fun!!
