Feeling pretty sore from the deep tissue massage yesterday. I expected it but at least this time I pushed through it without taking something for the pain. I even had to move around boxes and things at work today and still dealt with it. It's not too bad, I notice it more sitting and especially laying on my back than when I am standing.

Breakfast: 2 bananas, 1 cup blueberries

Worked 3-9 this morning

Snack: mixed fruit, turkey bacon

Lunch: turkey burger and green beans

Mid Afternoon- 8oz pineapple juice

Dinner: Juiced up a Mean Green for myself- Kale, celery, apples, cucumber, lemon and a little ginger root. I have to look into how to track juicing yet. Although I'm sure someone using spark has figured out the Mean Green info already. Oh, and as far as the taste....I'm going to have to tweek the recipe as I didn't care for the taste but drank it regardless. I feel full now so that's not an issue. Maybe it's the kale? lol.

I did get in the grocery shopping today. Which leads to a NSV for today. Pretty much I hate doing any kind of shopping alone because I get high anxiety. DH refused to come with me so it was either not go and starve, not go and eat junk, or go and continue the healthy lifestyle. So of course I forced myself to go out in the heat and get it done.

Came home and took a nap for a couple hours. Then DH woke me up for lunch. Afterwards I went shopping then got back and put away the groceries. I bought a whole table full of produce- you name it I probably bought it. lol. I decided to make a juice for dinner as I was already exhausted. Then while I had the juicer out I made a juice for breakfast so I can grab and go tomorrow morning as I'm up at 4a and start at 5a.

I turned down quite a few food offers today. DH's grandma even handed me a takeout box with a sandwich and fries. It looked so good but I handed it over to DH. At least he is quick to say that I am on a "diet" so I'm not explaining myself away all the time....I suppose that could be looked at in a bad way too but we never get out so I kinda don't care right now.

So my cravings for today are ice cream and french fries. No I did not have either of those even though they were both available. I'm proud that I could go to the grocery store and not even think about anything but produce, turkey burgers, fish, and frozen fruits and veggies. The rest doesn't matter.

Hoping to have a little more energy tomorrow! I'm getting into juicing (I'm kinda a newbie at it, it's a learning process) so I am hoping that will help me get in more freggies and avoid skipping meals. I'm sure ya'll were looking at the banana under my lunch the other day and going wtf!? Not intentional, just getting my footing over here.

    It can take time.. my coach encouraged me to focus on GREENS GREENS GREENS... spinach and broccoli, etc.. .. you are doing so well!! The first week is always the worse.. push though.. it's SO worth it!
