It's Hot today and hard to stay motivated

Today It is really hot at my house. We don't have an air conditioner so my workout was really tough. That being said I lasted an extra minute today. That's one more minute on my road to healthy. I felt like giving up cause I was sweating so much I couldn't see, however I lasted a minute longer than yesterday. Yay me !!!!!!! I know it is a small victory but Jillian Michaels will kick your but, even on a cool day and for sure today.
I have taken in less than half my calorie goal today and I am not even hungry yet. For breakfast I had egg and cheese on a whole wheat muffin with an apple after. For lunch I had lean cajun chicken boiled in a pan and browned with grilled bell pepper and onion. That's healthy right? Plenty of protein yes yes yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
