This is my third challenge-- 5% .
Still do water and some more healthy foods and a smoothies ( look up some recipes)
Excersices help friends out ( miniworkout) or walk 15 mins in the morning
Wellness is good still do creative stuff and reading and keep touch with my friends :-)
That's my goals for this challenge..
