I just thought I'd start keeping a fitness log month by month on my blog so it will be easier to update and access for me!

22-Zumba, 60 minutes; Swimming-10 laps
23-Stadiums-8 sets (halfway), 18:47 minutes
24-Walked .24 miles, jogged 1.47 (total of 1.71 miles in 29:47 minutes)
25-Stadiums-8 sets (halfway), 16:00 minutes; Swimming-20 laps, 14:48 minutes
