Day 10- back on track

Yesterday ended badly. But its in the past now. Im going to try not to dwell on it...

Its going to be a hot one out today. By noon it is supposed to be 89, but feel like 98... I think I am going to try to get a walk in this morning before that happens.

So, goals for today:

Lots of water!
Get a good walk in
Keep within my calorie range

    emoticon If you have a bad day the best thing you can do is not dwell on it and keep yourself moving forward. We all have bad days but we overcome them and in the end it's those days that make us stronger. I hope you enjoy your walk and drink lots of water so you don't get dehydrated. Stupid needs to cool back down some. Happy losing to you!
